TennisGladiator.com | Temperament

It happens to us all that we get a little sad sometimes. We feel a little melancholy. But being melancholic can be a pleasure too. The human body needs above all to feel alive and sometimes people can't feel the joy of great pleasure. So they find pleasure in sadness. Some people seem to take pleasure from crying. If they cant laugh at least they can cry, at least they can feel alive in some way. It happens to us all from time to time.

Many tennis players loose sight and direction, there temperament changes, rackets get abused, swearing, cursing-defeat normally follows.

Players must strive to be at ease within themselves both in body and mind and to feel in control of emotions. It is only when this self understanding occurs that the body and mind are in perfect harmony.Thats when you will play your best tennis.

Life has many pleasures – Remember tennis is one of them
