We must train ourselves mentally so that positive thoughts and feelings are automatic. Instead of seeing challenges as difficulties we should see them as opportunities. So instead of thinking I'm going to make a mistake again, why is it just me who has bad luck?
We should think' Everybody makes mistakes' it wont bother me. Everybody can have bad luck, but I'm going to have a go.
So everyone can use mental training to ensure they dare to succeed. As an old Japanese proverb says
